Come to Sharpsburg by Car or by Train. You can use AMTRAK service on the Capitol Limited to the new station at Martinsburg, WV. This train serves Chicago, Toledo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Washington. The train runs 7 days a week and there Sharpsburg Vicinity is taxi service (McCain's Taxi) in Martinsburg.

On weekdays MARC commuter trains run to a nearby station in Duffields, WV and to Martinsburg. These commuter trains only run eastbound to Washington in the early morning and return westbound in the late afternoon and evening

A popular option is to arrive in the evening from Washington via MARC and depart in the late morning via AMTRAK. Depending on your arrival time in Martinsburg, you may rent a car, take McCain's taxi, or make prior arrangements with the Inn for pick-up.

Turn left on MD Route 68 Go 5 miles and turn right on MD Route 65 Proceed 7 miles to the stop sign in Sharpsburg Turn right at the stop sign onto W. Main St. (MD Route 34). Go two blocks to the Jacob Rohrbach Inn on the left.
